Mal and I were out doing more gardening. Again, I stabbed my forehead with a century plant. It hurt and blood was streaming into my fringe and into my eye!! I had to go in and bathe it and then Mal banned me from weeding around any of the century plants or the big cactus.
We went out for Sunday lunch. I don’t think I will say where because my understanding was that on election day (which today is), that premises are not allowed to sell alcohol until the voting has finished (18.00). So, I wouldn’t want to get anyone in trouble but as Mal assured me, it was just like the laws for wearing a crash helmet and not using your mobile phone whilst driving. I guess he was right and I was wrong!
But, I am sure my brandy sour was brandy less and that Mal’s Efes must have been alcohol free. Ha ha.
I don’t believe it, when we arrived home I opened the car boot and smashed my head on that, I really don’t know how. I have a headache!
I believe Akıncı will be the new President, a turn from right wing to left wing.
