My third visit to Maxillofacial. I told Doc Anna how bad I felt last week. She told me it may be the anaesthetic and so would change it, which she did. She also said it is the amount she uses and adrenaline of me sitting in the chair with my mouth open for so long. I had sat in the car park considering whether or not to go in or to go back home!
Thankfully it wasn’t as bad as last week but she is now saying my gums haven’t healed properly following my extractions and is wondering why!
A quiet afternoon when I sat and watched a film. Mal went to the allotment to grab more wood chips!
Thought for the Day – “While it may seem small, the ripple effects of small things is extraordinary.”
I went to Birchington Butchers having ordered 5 kilo of chicken breasts from him. I also bought some cards in the card shop there, they have really nice ones and it is an independent shop, which I prefer to support.
Mal went to the allotments and a load of wood chips had been delivered so he managed to get a lot for my allotment.
Spurs lost their game in the evening!
Thought for the Day – “Never mind what others do; do better than yourself, beat your own record each and every day and you are a success.”
I had an ordered present to collect from Littlebourne and so we took Ellie to Wingham on the way. We walked around the orchards, there are still some apples on the trees. We do have a lot in our allotments but thought all the commercial growers would have harvested them all.
The lady gave me very good instructions as it was out the back of beyond and she said sat navs sent you miles out of your way. We use “Waze” as recommended by Rhys and it took us straight to the door and the short way! It really is the best sat nav.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been sacked from Man U. Always the Manager’s fault??
Mal decided he was going to cook the Sunday roast so that was nice. I just made the crumble. It seems Oscar plays football every Sunday now.
Nice to watch Spurs win!! Such an enthusiastic manager they have now!
Thought for the Day – “Train your mind to see good in every situation.”
