Rosie and I were up early. It really is lovely early in the morning.

More floculant had dropped in the pool and so Gary came back to clean it for me. Bev had arrived back from the UK with their youngest grand daughter Grace and so they came up as well. It was really nice to see them.

The rest of the day was spent cleaning as Mal is coming back tomorrow along with his brother Steve and wife Shirley. It has only taken them nine years to make up their minds to come and then it was a spur of the moment thing this week!

I went to buy Cyprus Today see link.  So, Gary Robb is going to be re-arrested and extradited to South Cyprus when he is released from prison in the UK!

I had bought some floculant and put it in the pool as after all this time of looking after the pool it has started turning green. Gary (SuperGary) came and cleaned it for me in the morning. He is good.  I think Mal hadn’t set the timer for long enough for summer.

Monday 27th June 2011

I heard the previous night we have unexpected guests arriving soon so I spent most of the day clearing out the spare bedroom and making beds.

I watched Murray in the afternoon. I would like to say he is improving but he seems so unpredictable, saying that will probably make him lose in the quarters!

Cyprus Today appeared to have less news than ever see link.

In the afternoon I went over to David and Kenny’s joined by their friend Suze and we had a delicious BBQ. The workmen are still next door to them. It seems the Russains that are buying places are buying them and then ripping all the bathrooms and kitchens out and starting again. It takes all sorts I guess. Thanks David and Kenny for a very enjoyable afternoon.

Summer is here and it was hot! I managed to get a few jobs done early morning and then I stopped because of the heat.  While I worked, Rosie looked on.
