We walked Ellie over the fields in the sun and back home in time for a grocery delivery. It does annoy me when they have promotions then they can’t fulfil them. Don’t their computer systems link up? This is the second time this week, the first being Wilko which entailed an hour “chat” with them before they would refund my £5 postage money!! Oh yes, we sent you emails….no you didn’t!
In the afternoon I started a keep fit class , for over 55’s. A couple of bits I couldn’t do because of my knee and sciatica . No idea how my body will feel tomorrow!
In the evening we went to the Astor theatre in Deal to listen to Chris Wood. I don’t think people are in the habit of going out so much now as there were only 60 in the audience and he asked if we would mind going into the balcony room instead of the main theatre. What a good decision as it was just like being back in the folk clubs in the good old days (minus everyone smoking of course!)
