A dry morning and so we took Ellie for a lovely long walk.
No rain forecast for today and what happened at midday? It rained but we were back home by then. At least I managed to get all my washing dry as it was windy. I do have a tumble dryer but rarely use it as I love the smell of outdoors.
We have decided we need a new bird table as ours has blown over twice in the high winds.
In the afternoon we went to The Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury to see the National Theatre’s production of War Horse. It was so good and very clever and also emotional. I am so glad we went to see it, one of the best.
We were lucky to have seen it as I booked the tickets many months before and thought we had tickets for the evening. A good thing I checked the previous day as to the start time, only to discover it was the afternoon!
