We bought a voucher from Travelzoo for Wildwood Trust near Herne Bay and the expiry date was the end of March, so we thought we had better use it because next week we will be busy (moving/painting etc). I know it was only £10 for us both but we thought it was quite disappointing. I think we have been spoilt by Howletts! There were caged birds there that we see in our garden. I guess the best animals were the two rescued brown bears. They even had ants,rabbits, rats and bees there!!

Perhaps it wasn’t the best time of year to go and also a lot of the enclosures were ‘under repair’ or ‘being upgraded’. I wouldn’t bother going back and paying full price!

A bit more packing in the afternoon. Not easy packing things up and keep finding memories.

In the evening we caught up with the second episode of Strike. I wish there were more.
