We decided to walk to Sandwich Bay. It is a lovely walk where the public footpath goes across the golf course. It’s lovely to be within walking distance of the sea. Ellie loved the swim in the sea but unfortunately decided to jump in the river on the way back and that was really muddy so we had to hose her down when we arrived home.
We did stop at the Sandwich shop in town for a coffee on the way home. It was quite a walk but we loved it.
After lunch we took some things to the dump and then went and bought a new bistro set for the garden as one of the chairs had broken on ours and it was going rusty. I also looked for a mint plant but no one seemed to have one. I should have dug my mint up from Preston.
