I was awake at 4 with mouth ache and didn’t go back to sleep again.
A cloudy day so we had a short walk in the park in Ramsgate.
I kept up with the pain killers and Mal re -read the 3 page letter Doc Anna sent to my dentist and a copy to me. All very complicated but the bottom line is I should persevere!!
In the afternoon we watched the football. Not a good day for either Man U or Hammers.
