Bargains – Colgate Pro Clinical Electric Toothbrush HALF PRICE & Debenhams Blue Cross Sale & Traditional Wooden Dolls House £35.

We had quite a surprise when we went out to the car and it was frozen over!

Rhys was running in the Cardiff Half Marathon and we drove him into the city with River. Mal and I then went to Rhys’s house and later we all walked into the centre to watch the runners. How on earth we were supposed to find him as there were 19,000 entrants and later confirmed by Rhys, it was very badly organised.

River was supposed to have organised a meet point with him but being a typical teenager, it all got very confused and we missed Rhys right at the end. You can imagine, it was just heaving with people. In the end we discovered Rhys had walked back home because he couldn’t find us, so not only a half marathon but the walk home. He did really well as he has not been feeling well and had a virus. He completed it in 2 hours and ten minutes which was good going as he was not well. He said the first 10 miles were a breeze and then his legs started aching the last few miles and I guess the walk back home didn’t help. Well done Rhys!

We then all went to Cosmo In Cardiff Bay for lunch. The kids just love the help yourself deserts!! But then Ollie didn’t feel very well and had been sick.

Sol had been to stay with his mother for the weekend so Lou and I went to the coach station to collet him in the evening and then Mal and I went back to the hotel.
