We left Marion and Bryan’s in the morning and went on to Cardiff to see Lou, Rhys and the children and ready for Rhys’s Cardiff Half Marathon the following day.
Lou cooked us a lovely dinner and we checked in at the Travelodge.Rhys wasn’t feeling too great as he had a “virus” and Lou had it, making their legs and arms ache and head aches but Rhys is determined he is doing the Half Marathon.
