We waited for the rain to stop and then walked Ellie around Sandwich. She decided to roll all over the mud at the cricket pitch. It was soggy everywhere.
On the way home we met Baron Jeff (ex mayor), he had been to the Bay looking at the shipwrecks, evidently there is also a B17 Flying Fortress bomber wreck there. We didn’t know that before he told us.
Hammers game in the afternoon, oh dear, what a loss they had! Of course I had a text from Jack (Arsenal supporter!) a touch of sarcasm there.
