Today I should have had a tooth out but after the dentist said they were referring me to the hospital, I was going to say no way…yet! The confusion is that two dentists have got involved with this. Teresa who referred me is off today and Juliette was the one who said my horrific nose bleeds were nothing to do with the extraction! Teresa said to hold this appointment to get updates. Well, an hour before my appointment the receptionist called to say my new denture wasn’t ready and not to go in. I tried to explain everything and she told me to go in anyway to see if this can all be sorted out!
I saw Juliette and discussed with her that she thought it was nothing to do with the extraction and that I no longer felt confident receiving treatment from her and that I wanted to change to Teresa who is far more experienced. She said she totally understood and I should hear from Teresa when she is back from annual leave and she would prepare a new treatment plan for me. All that stress I went through for the last two weeks.
The workmen have been in the garden all day, even though they thought they wouldn’t be as rain was forecast – they got that wrong again, the weather men that is! They dug deep for the soak away. The bricking is coming along as well.
Mal went over to the Jubilee Centre in the afternoon to meet another trustee to iron out more things on DDC’s attempt at a lease.
