Mal walked Ellie and later Rhys came over to take me to the Health Centre. 101 questions first, measuring my legs, moving them around etc etc. The doc decided it was unlikely DVT and came to the conclusion it was muscular skeletal and far better to see a proper physiotherapist. I have a phone call consultation next week from Deal hospital. Apart from that they had little advice, so I will have to see if I can start getting a little more mobile in the meantime. I am sure they hope giving it a week maybe it will go away!
I have been watching Hairy Bikers on Route 66. Geography has never been my strong point , maybe because I disliked the teacher, the only detention I ever had. I threw someone’s book out of an upstairs window and she happened to be underneath…….long story! This programme is really informative on the US. It almost makes you want to go.
We had a Sainsburys delivery in the evening, obviously I can’t drive.
