I went to Westwood to find the next batch of presents /cards. Again another European lorry careered into the middle of the roundabout and police cars everywhere and traffic hold ups. It is a nightmare the roads around Manston now they do the testing there before they can move on to Dover. Mal took Ellie out.
When I did get to the supermarket, the choice of cards was not good. I wish our card shop in Sandwich was open! Ah well at least I make the effort!
Mal went to the allotment in the afternoon and started measuring his new swapped allotment but he won’t be planting until he signs the contract.
I baked a James Martin’s Fruited Irish Tea Loaf. It is so delicious. I also started Lamb Khoresh for dinner……very good as well! I used to cook it a lot in Cyprus.
