Mal took Ellie for a walk and he made me sloppy porridge for breakfast which I was able to eat luke warm. I then went into Canterbury for the dentist. I always leave plenty of time but today Wingham was almost blocked so I had to wait ages in a traffic jam. I really didn’t need that and so I was a little late. I think the dentist I saw was a locum, she prodded around my mouth, ouch and then gave me antibiotics and told me she would discuss with Avraj when he gets back from his holiday. I already have an appointment with him on 7th.
I spent the rest of the day dosed up with pain killers and in bed. I think the drive to Canterbury and back feeling ill took it out of me.
