We were woken up by a violent storm overhead and plenty of rain. As soon as it had stopped we took the dogs walking, huge puddles all over the cricket pitch. If there was a match this afternoon, it will now be cancelled! This was the Guildhall car park!
My mouth started hurting , the third of the bridge that Avraj left in, to act as a crown, so I downed pain killers and we went to Petticoat Lane (Ramsgate). I didn’t want to sit thinking about the tooth. It’s always fun to browse all the things you never knew you wanted at the ‘Lane’ .
There is also a dress shop there, Bow Street Boutique, which sells lovely dresses, shoes, handbags and jewellery. I just went in for a look around and came out with a dress, ready to take to Malta, if we ever get there!
Back home and I cooked garlic and pepper soup. It really is delicious and we have so many vegetables from the allotment, it is good to use them in different ways. We both love garlic and we won’t be seeing anyone today, lol.
We then watched the Spurs game. I have to say Wolves played well but we did win!
