We spent the morning at the allotments. I am shocked at how quickly the housing estate next to Mal’s allotment is shooting up! It explains a lot about the shoddy building nowadays. They are also building where it floods!
Nor could we believe that there were caterpillars on the cabbages! In December?! Broad beans are coming through already. Mal planted onions and I planted flower bulbs.
Rhys came round for the evening, it was nice to see him. He had a fare in Sandwich so spent some time with us having a catch up.
