My fourth visit to Maxillofacial. I seriously was not looking forward to it. Doc Anna used the better anaesthetic again, another hour in the chair. She was quite horrified at the size of the ulcer under my tongue following the last lot of treatment.

She is going home to Poland in 2 weeks time for Christmas so she said to contact her if I have any problems or if not, I have a return appointment in 3 months time. She did however warn me again of the after effects which can last 6-8 weeks.

A long time ago we booked tickets for Gigspanner Band, so I dosed up with pain killers and we went but we came home in the interval as I was feeling weird. I guess a combination of the come down from the anaesthetic and adrenalin.

They were good, a shame we didn’t see the whole performance.

It was a cold windy day and I didn’t feel so good with face ache and ulcers. I went to buy more Bonjela!

I took the cyclamen that I bought at the garden centre, round to Torin’s grave. Mal went to the allotment.

Spurs won in the evening, followed by a Man U win!

We walked over the fields with Ellie. Nice to see the farmer has organised all the cleaning out of the river and the Footpaths by the sides.

I met Jackie and we went to the garden centre, had a good look around and had lunch there.

Jackie fell in love with a polar bear!

In the evening we watched Hammers and it looked as if it would be a win ….until near the end, then a draw.
