The clocks went back but Ellie’s body clock didn’t and so she was ready to go out at “her” normal time. It was torrential rain for about 15 minutes and then we decided to drive to Walmer. The skies were threatening rain on our walk but we managed to keep dry.
It started raining just as we were almost back to the car park, so I ran the last bit, slipped down the hill in the mud……boots and trousers covered in mud and feeling a total idiot as people asked if I was OK!
We spent the rest of the day having a Sunday, doing very little.
