A very cold walk for us and we went down by the river where they are carrying out all the water works and they do have a lot of new pipe on the other side of the river. We met Bob, our next door neighbour, with his dogs and we walked back with him.
We kept in the warm for the rest of the day catching up with things. Our new wheelbarrow arrived from Amazon. Yes such a shame that we couldn’t find a decent one in Argos/B&Q/Wickes/Range or Homebase. No wonder the high streets are disappearing. So, Mal put that together ready to take to the allotment when the rain stops.
We also cleaned out the utility room which had become a bit of a dumping ground.
