HAPPY CHRISTMAS
Wishing everyone the best possible Christmas.
We opened our presents.
Then we had breakfast and then took Ellie and we went to Herne Bay for a dog walk and what a coincidence, we met Lou, Rhys and the kids so we all walked together! It was freezing along the sea front.
Lovely to see them but sad we couldn’t all stay together. But I guess at least we were lucky to have plenty of food and a warm house unlike those poor drivers at the lorry park when we passed.
Back for our lunch. We shouldn’t have had a starter……………far too much food and didn’t make dessert until the evening!
Then of course stockings/after dinner presents!
Mal’s 2 sisters arrived later but again we had to chat at a distance on the door step. It’s horrible not being able to ask them in. They dropped presents off. Also a zoom call with Tris and Violet.
The rest of the day was watching TV/films and drinking and eating!
We had a toast to Torin and to the rest of our absent family who we usually spend Christmas with. Let’s hope this will all go away soon.
