Mal has done something to his back and is taking pain killers. Like me, he hates taking them. As everywhere is so muddy round here, I decided to take some of the things needed for Christmas day around to Rhys’s. Who knows how much Mal will be able to carry on the day. As they have gone to see Lou’s dad today, I took Ellie and Roddy for a long walk along the beach.
In fact it was a winter like this when Mal and I made the decision to move to warmer, drier ‘climes’ and set off for north Cyprus! It had been day after day, week after week wearing wellies for dog walks and muddy dogs coming home.
In the afternoon we watched two rubbish matches, Man Utd which was followed by Spurs…both losing!
Mal ended up in bed because he thought he has trapped a nerve and has a job moving. Oh dear.
