We took Ellie out today in the sun! We had scarves and gloves and didn’t need them. The weather is a little changeable.
More time, too much time, spent sorting Christmas presents and then we had to take the deposits for the Red Hatters Christmas lunch at the Crispin. We took Ellie,had a drink and then Mal said we may as well stay for lunch, so we did. Pam and Terry were not busy so we spent a while chatting to them. Thankfully Pam didn’t have any Belgian white chocolate cheesecake on the menu as I can’t resist it! I won’t waste the calories on any other dessert!
I watched Paul O’Grady in the evening and loved the golden retriever that had been left outside Battersea. It had been chipped but the owner wouldn’t get in touch. A good thing I was watching it as Ellie is obviously chipped but I had forgotten to change the address when we moved! I updated it online straight away! A reminder to any other pet owners?
I also started looking for head stones for Torin. I must be improving slightly to be able to even think about it.
Then of course we are now addicted to “I’m a celebrity”!
