We were out with Ellie early and the goose was in the fields with the sheep again. We saw Lorna yesterday and she had no idea where it came from, it didn’t belong to her.
We also met up with Adrian with Bob.
Ellie then had an “encounter” with a young fox. It may have been injured but it went for Ellie and she grabbed its neck so I had to pull her off and the fox went and hid I don’t know where so we couldn’t do anything for it. I do hate it when you can’t do anything.
Later Mal and I went to Wingham Wildlife Park. It was nice to see the baby Mandrill playing with his mum.
The rescue chimps seem a lot happier now. One was even banging on the side of the enclosure so that everyone would look at him!
Mal then went back to the allotment for a couple of hours. He brought salad and broad beans back with him.
