Mal decided he would go to Wingham allotment and so I said I would take Ellie for a long walk cross the orchards. We played ball in Elgar’s field first and then went walking. Mal dug some more and put some compost on one patch. I got about half way through the walk and it started raining. I had the cat keys so turned to go back. I thought Mal would be a bit concerned as there is no cover but he wasn’t, he just carried on digging in the rain.
I don’t think the apricot trees should be quite so advanced with their budding.
I went to Westwood Cross to collect an order from Wilko. I think I just got out of there in time before the Police arrived to explore the unexploded bombs!
