APOLOGIES TO ALL MY READERS. MY BLOG HAS BEEN HACKED. Our host seemed to struggle with finding the problem and then decided they would charge us a lot of money to sort it. Mal to the rescue and he has solved the problem.

The website may be slow for a while but in a couple of days all our websites will be transferred to a new server.

Now to catch up with the days I missed…if I can remember!

We took Ellie to Sandwich. The whole idea of this is because the fields around us are so muddy. However now she has discovered how to get into the streams and river.. On the way to the river we met a lady with her puppy Goldie and he was covered in mud.  Eliie always plays with him and tries to scrounge treats from the lady. We stood talking to her for a while and she said she never realised how fond Goldies were of water , the dirtier the better. That must be quite a shock for her. Ellie went in the stream too!

I think we may as well take her to our fields and save the drive to Sandwich. We can’t take her to the beach as toxic palm oil has been washed up at Minnis Bay.

We watched a very good Spurs game in the afternoon, I would have been disappointed had they not beaten Colchester. Later Hammers were playing and now have a replay as no score.

Another day that Mal spent far too long on the internet!

I went out for lunch with the Red Hatters. A lovely group of ladies. Our chapter is called The Krimson Krinklees! and I think I spent the whole four hours laughing. We did manage to book a few things up while we were together. An afternoon tea, tickets for the Police panto and a lunch so far. A shame I wasn’t aware of any red hatters in Cyprus. They are spread all over the world.

Not the best of photos as three of us were sitting in the window flooded by the sun! It’s such fun because everyone in the pub comes and speaks to us and asks what sort of club we belong to!

I was even presented with my members badge!

Today was one of the days that my website was hacked and now I am going back trying to fill in the gaps, I have forgotten what we did!! This has to be a sign of old age.

I did receive the photo of our little Spelling Bee , Violet. Well done! It does make me laugh that she is going to the same primary school that I went to in Palmer’s Green! I wonder what the chances are of that!

We went into Wingham. Mal to his allotment and Ellie and I had a long walk all around the orchards. I was really surprised to see this on some of the apple trees…so early.

Mal spent an hour on the phone to Sky. They gave us a free package, which we didn’t even want and now the year is up, Mal is trying to cancel and they are now trying to charge far more.  Total con merchants.

I think he spent the rest of the day on to our host as this blog was hacked and they were being most unhelpful and wanted a lot of money to sort it out!

Another sunny walk by the Stour. We took our eyes off Ellie for just a minute when she was running around…..a bit muddy! Heron was there again, we also saw a kingfisher and heard a woodpecker but just couldn’t see him in the tree.

I think the heron waits for us to come along by the river in the mornings. I must take my better camera instead of the one I always have in my pocket. I take some pictures and then he moves into the rushes.

Mal and I were going to the Anchor as they had a folk band on in the bar for the afternoon and then instead we ended up watching Chelsea beat Arsenal!! Good intentions but we didn’t make it. That’s the pleasure of being retired, we can do just as we please!
