Our well used cooking steamer has now fallen apart, so I have ordered the Morphy Richards one which looks very sturdy and a good price. We steam our vegetables all the time and seeing as the one we have has lasted about 14 years and now the base is parting from the rest of it, time for a new one.
For some reason we were both up at 4.30 and it was still dark but the sky was full of stars. And then the sun started coming up, the best time of the day!
An early morning walk and we met up with Kenny and Loppi having their morning constitutional. Loppi is really blossoming with all the loving care she has had.
Very proud of my niece Julie who completed her third Great North Run along with four of her friends. She was even on BBC2 highlights being interviewed! She was one of the girls dressed as Toy Soldiers. Well done Julie!
