Home in Cyprus for Sale

An early walk along Lapta walkway. I see they are now starting to build wheelchair access to it.

On the way home we bought Cyprus Today and olive bread for breakfast, it was still warm in the bakery, hadn’t even been wrapped! I seriously think the 4tl for Cyprus Today is wasted money!

Kenny has his cousin staying with them and she has forgotten her charger for her e-reader, so Mal took his over for her to borrow along with the duty free cigarettes we bought for David……I have still not had a cigarette in spite of having 400 sitting here! I just couldn’t smoke when I had the chest infection and so thought it a good time to stop! Not easy.

Did a house clean as Tris and Violet are coming to stay. We watched the Man Utd game which they won. Eleven in the evening we set off for the airport to collect Tris and Violet. I suppose the one good thing about that time flight, there is not quite so much traffic on the roads!

The last bargain, the Ted Baker Cosmetic set is really good. This is one of Boots less than half price deals and they have a different one each week until Christmas. Brilliant presents!

Mal now has a cold, cough and runny nose. There seems to be a lot of it around. We went out for an early morning walk again and had a bit of a wood collection. Where they have made new pathways,chopping down trees and taking the logs, a lot of wood has been just left at the sides of the paths. It’s good for kindling for the log burner and of course it is all dry.

Years ago we used to see a little old lady from Incesu who collected wood each day and we called her the “stick lady”. Sadly she has now passed away but I guess now people will be calling Mal the “stick man”!!

We went to the pharmacy later and the only thing she could suggest for Mal was Sudafed as he has a permanently runny nose.
