I hear the forecast in North Cyprus is for heavy rain and strong winds and the Ministry of Education has closed ALL schools for today!
Our Kent weather was good in the morning and so we walked to Westwood, another Christmas present bought and as we were looking in Marks and Spencer saw their meal for 2 for £10, so decided to buy one. As we put the items through the till, it totalled £22.10!! Now that is a bargain and the food was delicious and of course that included a bottle of wine!
The rain started a slight drizzle so we headed home and our kind neighbour had taken my washing in bless her.
The photo below is one I took on our walk yesterday of a house we both quite fancied and thought we would look up the price when we got back……£900,000! We hadn’t realised tac rooms and 14 acres came along with the house. In another life maybe!
Thought for the Day – Listen! the wind is rising, and the air is wild with leaves, we have had our summer evenings, now for October eves!
