Bargains – Now this sounds like a really interesting visit to North Cyprus with a stop in Istanbul. Gazebo swing 2 seat for £50!
We went to Lambousa Market in the morning and bought a few things there. On the way back we bought Cyprus Today. A bit strange the first item as I understood ex pats weren’t allowed to demonstrate/protest!
Lambousa, where they hold the Saturday market is such a lovely hotel and such a shame that it is no longer used as one as it is a lovely building.
I think cherries have come to the end of their season and so we bought passion fruit instead. Quite reasonable, 12 for 5tl. Buy the ones with the wrinkly skins!
Mal was more than pleased that Hammers won 3-0. The first half of the game was very good. That’s more than can be said about the Spurs game! May be something to do with a Chelsea reject!! Bring back ‘Arry!
Lou and Rhys have started getting in training for a half marathon in Torbay. Good on them, they are raising money for MacMillan nurses.(I’ll put the donations thread on nearer the time!!)
