Sun again, so we went to the beach with Rosie. It was lovely down there.

Later we went to Lambousa market as we haven’t been for a long while. It was very busy but quite honestly a lot of the outside stalls looked a bit jumble sale-ish. Food shopping on the way back and then had our lunch outside. We were going to have lunch out but then decided to go home and have it in the garden, with the same views as many of the restaurants!

Rosie had been chasing around the garden and we found a dead tree rat deposited outside our front door. I don’t think she killed it, probably one of the local cats and she just decided to bring it to us …yuk!

Football in the afternoon. A good result for Spurs ‘Arry looked very happy but then he has had a good week one way and another.  The Man U game was spoilt a little by Suarez being such a prat. For those who didn’t see it, he refused to shake Evra’s hand at the beginning of the match. Having watched the Chelsea game as well, we were a bit ‘footballed out’ by the evening.

Thought for the Day – “When was the last time you spent a quiet moment just doing nothing – just sitting and looking at the sea, or watching the wind blowing the tree limbs, or waves rippling on a pond, a flickering candle or children playing in the park?” ~ Ralph Marston
