I was out bargain hunting in the morning see link.
Rain had been forecast but Pauline and Chris visited in the afternoon and we sat out in the sunshine. BUT early evening the heavens opened and we had a real downpour and a storm. At last the garden has been watered!
We tried to ring the boys in Cardiff but obviously the storm was affecting Skype, after three breaks in reception we gave up.
In the evening we watched the latest episode of Downton Abbey.
