We had a lovely Valentine’s day at home together with Mal doing all the cooking! A good thing that he wasn’t planning on using the oven as it tripped the electrics and we fear it may have died. Oh dear. I knew I shouldn’t have cleaned it last week!! No problem, he was using the slow cooker and hob anyway. We decided we will go out for a celebration meal tomorrow. That’s the trouble with the log burner going and we don’t want to move.
We played cards in the afternoon and in the evening watched ‘The Kings Speech’ , a very good film.
A lovely day after Mal has been away so long.
