Another hot day so I took Rosie out at 5.15, it’s a bit darker later in the mornings and the street lights were still on but at that time it was 33 degrees under the terrace. The sun soon came up over the mountain.

We thought there was a general strike but just before we were going out the men came from the Beledeysi to sort our non water problem. Mal went down to the mains pipes with them and they managed to fix it. Yeah, we have water again!! Thank you Ingrid for keep ringing them for us.
Later we went into Girne as the boys wanted to buy presents to take home. The rest of the day was by the pool.
