Bargain – How about some Home Brew for Father’s Day?
A programme, drama, to watch out for “True Love”. Joanne Froggatt (Downton Abbey) is in it and it has been filmed in Margate. It starts on Sunday, BBC1.
I think the quote of the day/month I have just heard from Anglian Water “This is the wettest drought on record”. BUT the sun is shining today.
My two sleeping bags arrived by post for the caravan. They are very good for the price. I also had an email to say that the slow cooker I had ordered for £5 was waiting for me in Wilkinsons in Ramsgate. It was a lovely day and so I caught the Thanet Loop and went off to Ramsgate. The loop goes round and round Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate, every 8 minutes. I suppose you could stay on it all day, going round in circles.
I walked down to the harbour while I was in Ramsgate and had a coffee.
In the afternoon instead of sitting in the garden I watched Andy Murray’s match at Queens. I should have sat outside…he is now out of the tournament!
