Another hot, humid day and Mal took Ellie out early and I headed for Deal. Again looking for birthday presents and also Deal is buzzing on a Saturday with street music and also a Saturday market.
I went into one of my favourite shops, 123 High Street and she had a purple leather cross body small bag, which just hold a phone and not much else. I have been looking for a purple one since Christmas! Of course I called into the fishmongers and bought a dressed crab. A bit of a shock as the price has increased again and it wasn’t that big……£7.99. Worth it though, we had a lovely crab salad lunch.
The rest of the day was tennis. I enjoyed watching Alcaraz again. Our last British hope is out.
