We packed the car up and of course Ellie and all her things for her holiday with Lou and Rhys. Rhys drove us to the airport. We booked the lounge there and quite frankly that was a bit hopeless. A lot of the food they said they would have there they had “run out of” and even the fresh water!! We asked them and they took ages even refilling the water.
The flight to Malta took us just under three hours. It was heavy rain when we arrived. We had transport waiting for us to the hotel, just us so that was really quick.
We had an enormous room overlooking the pool.
So, unpacked and then went into dinner, plenty of fish on the menu. We tried the entertainment, bingo followed by a singer and then the storm started! We finished the night with two “Special coffees”in Cafe Maroc. Not sure what was in them but we slept very well!!
