We had to collect a pack of meat from the butchers in Birchington and so thought we may as well walk Ellie at Minnis Bay when we had collected it. Mal took her on the beach. I waited for them, it was freezing!
Needless to say, as you can see Ellie went in the sea!!
It was a short walk!
Lunchtime the physio phoned from the hospital, as he promised he would. He was pleased to hear I was progressing and keeping up the exercises and reminded me this does not heal quickly! I said I was happy with the progress even though it is slow and so he said he would report back to my docs.
Mal went to the allotment. I potted some geraniums in the garden. The geranium plants from last year died. They have got through every winter but this year there was one very severe frost which is unusual for here.
