We walked Ellie around Sandwich and ended up at the Post Office as Mal had something to return to Amazon. Ellie and I waited outside getting very cold. He was so long because the assistant deleted Mal’s QR code from his phone! He then couldn’t get any reception so had to come back out and go through his deleted and return back to the queue! The assistant wasn’t in a good mood as she was asking people to fill in customs forms for things going to Ireland and France with customers arguing they had never had to do it before…………………….oh, the wonders of technology and Brexit!
She didn’t even apologise to Mal.
I received my pictures of Sprout, the guide dog for the blind puppy I am sponsoring. How sweet.
Later we took all the Christmas decorations down and packed them away. It all looks a bit dull down our road at night now.
