A lot of rain during the night and storms as well. I woke up twice with a painful arm but have to remember it is improving.
David took Mal to get some shopping and in the afternoon the log man arrived with a delivery of logs. The weather has changed dramatically from last week and was only 14 degrees early afternoon. The log burner makes the house so cosy as the houses here have little insulation. It was really windy.
Sunday 12th there will be no internet throughout the whole of the north as they are upgrading some of the cables. Hopefully it will only be just for one day.
Oh dear Hammers lost again, which takes them to the bottom of the table. Mal’s comment was “I won’t be watching them next season” to which I replied he was a fair weather supporter. No he said, they only show premier matches on the TV!
Mal banked up the log burner ready for a cold night (well, the coldest yet this end of the year).
