It is 23 years ago today that Mal and I met. I said that a lot of water has gone under the bridge since then and jokingly he said more like a tsunami! When I think back we have had a few trials. That’s life, at least we are both healthy and that really is something to be thankful for.
We went to Lou and Rhys’s for a lovely Sunday lunch roast. We thought of going for a walk but it looked very miserable out, so in the end we didn’t.
I happened to check my banking online. There is a lot of money going out at the moment with all the Christmas presents. A good thing that I checked. I bought petrol at Sainsburys on Friday and they have taken the payment out twice. I will have to check my account more often! I am now waiting to hear from Nationwide.
