Monday 30th July 2018

It was Demelza day and so Paula said she would come into Canterbury with me. I had already told Jack that I would only be working the morning. Meanwhile Paula had a wander around the shops while I was at work. By the time I had finished Paula was aching as her hips are not so good and walking is a little difficult after a time.

Back home, we had lunch and then went into the butchers in Deal to buy all the meat for a BBQ the following day. Paula and I checked out the charity shops too!

In the evening we just sat in the garden chatting and putting the world to rights.
