Such a shame Luton Town didn’t beat Chelsea in the FA. It brought back memories of Rhys’s and my visits to watch Luton Town. Mick Harford was in the dugout, he is now chief recruitment officer. He was playing in the days when Rhys and I went to see them. Oh dear Hammers have been knocked out too.

A really dull and dreary day but things picked up when Jackie and I met up for lunch, we always have a giggle and a good chat. We went to the Racing Greyhound and had a nice lunch and booked there for our next Hatters meeting. We went through Hatters matters, quite a few things in the pipeline including the London Hoot. This is where Red hatters from all over the country come together in Trafalgar Square and then we all go to St James’s park for a picnic. Jackie and I are trying to organise a coach to take us up there. Other trips we are considering is one to Bruges.
I wish I hadn’t watched the football in the evening, oh dear Spurs, sent out of the FA cup by Middlesbrough!
