The sun was out and so we made the most of it and went along Ramsgate Sea Front and then to the garden centre and a little shopping on the way back.

Starting on our travels once more we met up with some friends in Brighton and had an Indian meal with them.

I wish everyone of you a Happy and Healthy 2014 

As we were unable to go to my sisters yesterday because of my arm, there then followed a message from her son in law (Doc) to get down to my nearest “walk in” place which was the QEQM Hospital in Margate. As I had a really bad night, I think rolling on to that side, off we went. A great way to start the New Year! I have to say they were very efficient and the whole process including X Rays was under 2 hours. No broken bones, just badly damaged muscles. That was a relief. But now I have been told to take stronger pain killers and start moving it.

It rained and rained and blew a gale, so we stayed in all afternoon.
