Mal received a phone call asking him to go for an ultrasound at K and C today! He told them he couldn’t go and complained he had already been there the previous day to no avail. Obviously she was only booking appointments so wasn’t interested! So an appointment was booked for the next day.
We then went to Quex Barn to have lunch with Tris and Violet. It was lovely seeing them again. We sat outside as it was such a nice sunny day and bless them they gave me an early birthday present, a really nice thoughtful present.
Back home to watch the Hammers v Luton game. So very sad that Luton lost and looks as though they will be leaving the Premier. Rob, their manager was visibly upset.
We did glance at the Eurovision, yuk! Things ain’t what they used to be.
It was more interesting later going out into the garden on slug/snail patrol! So many and huge snails.
