I walked Ellie early so that Mal could get ready for his scan. We drove to the hospital and arrived 15 minutes early. Mal went in and I took Ellie to the “dog park”. Half an hour later Mal messaged to say they didn’t have him down on the list! After an hour and a half, no answer and he couldn’t have it done as they were fully booked!! We were both VERY angry. What has happened to the NHS and all that money that was spent on their computer system?? They just gave him a piece of paper with the hospital phone number on it “ring this number between 9.30 and 11 tomorrow.”
A waste of an entire morning Not impressed. The joke was later that afternoon Mal had a form on his app to complete. …”how was your visit to K and C today?” Needless to say he told them in no uncertain terms.
