I went to buy some new bedroom curtains from Dunelm. I tried to order them online but they were out of stock. So, I went to choose an alternative. I then discovered they obviously weren’t out of stock at Westwood but they were £10 more than online. I spoke to an assistant and I was sold them at the cheaper price. As she said, it looked as though the shop hadn’t caught up with online!
I then went on to Broadstairs to meet Rhys to have a walk and have lunch together. There were only another four customers in Cramptons.
Broadstairs was a little like a ghost town.
Back home and Mal put the curtains up. They looked very nice but when I pulled them together, one curtain was an inch shorter than the other. Oh no they will have to go back!!
