Wow, it is summer again! A lovely walk with Ellie in the sun and then back home to get a BBQ ready. We make the most of the sun.
Lou, Ollie and Oscar came round. Rhys was working.
After the BBQ we went around Sandwich, this time we did manage a couple of the Heritage sights. The cinema first. It was opened in 1937 and stayed open right the way through the 2nd world war, having an anti aircraft gun on the roof!
Next we went to U.S.N P-22 boat. It was part of the Allied deterrent preventing the Russian army from expanding from East Germany into the west following the end of WW2. It was operated by the Americans.
This made us all thirsty so we called in the Red Cow on the way home!
