I had a bit of an upset stomach but thought it would improve so went into Demelza, I just felt worse so was there a very short while and ended up coming home again . I was sick and felt really bad having crippling pains and went to bed. I have discovered that I am allergic to quite a few food stuffs and this was similar symptoms but no idea what it was.
In the evening we watched the Hammers.
