We walked with Ellie and met a lot more people dog walking, some offered to help with the move or to look after Ellie. Such nice people. It was much warmer than yesterday. We discovered this stream was almost overflowing where it was blocked. Mal did try to unblock it with a stick but didn’t manage it. He’ll have to tell the orchard owner.
More packing!
We heard from David and they have had a few viewers interested in their house and someone is going to see ours this afternoon as well. Fingers crossed but it seems people don’t want such a huge garden. Our agent did suggest it would make a marvellous restaurant with the stunning views and there is obviously enough land to build on.
We met up with Shirley and Steve in the evening and went and had a meal at The Bell in St Nicholas at Wade. A nice pub and surprisingly busy for a Tuesday night.
